An alumnus of H.P. University, Shimla, and Kurukshetra University, Rajinder holds a Ph.D. in Physics and has held several prestigious roles in educational governance and policy-making. As President for SD Vidya Schools, Rishab stands as a guiding light for the institution’s present and future. An alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, with further specialisation in design from the Ars Sutoria Institute in Milan, Italy, and global training experience in Indonesia, Rishab ,embodies the ideal of lifelong learning. His education and international exposure have shaped a leader who values both tradition and innovation, a rare combination that he now channels into steering the school with wisdom and foresight. Over more than two decades at the helm of SSIPL Retail Limited, Mr. Soni transformed the company into one of India’s foremost names in retail and footwear, forging partnerships with global brands such as Nike, Puma, Skechers, Levi’s, and Asics. His ability to take SSIPL from a contract manufacturer to a “Brand Hub” of international repute is a testament to his strategic vision, adaptability, and resilience. Harshmita Kaur brings a rare blend of strategic vision, brand expertise, and deep understanding of the education landscape to her role as Strategy & Communications Head for The SD Vidya Schools. With years of experience in branding and communications, she has partnered with some of the top IB and CBSE schools in Delhi NCR, leading transformational initiatives that have strengthened their identity, amplified their voice, and deepened community engagement. A rank-holder from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) with a specialization in Advertising & Public Relations, Harshmita is also an Economics Honours graduate from Delhi University and holds a Master’s degree in Education. This unique combination of academic rigor and creative acumen allows her to craft narratives that are not only compelling but also rooted in purpose and authenticity. Over the past 28 years, she has worked with learners across various stages of schooling, igniting curiosity, nurturing critical thinking, and fostering a genuine love for learning. Her teaching philosophy has continually evolved to place the learner at the centre, balancing academic rigour with consistent guidance and emotional support. With rich expertise in curriculum development, academic planning, and school leadership, Anu has served in key roles, including Vice Principal and Principal, before taking the helm at The SD Vidya School, Noida. Ms. Puri is widely respected for her ability to lead with both vision and empathy.
